ABOUT JONAH GROFF

Jonah Groff is currently a senior at Marist High School in Illinois. He is pursuing a Musical Theater Higher Education Establishment for entry in 2027, with a planned gap year for industry experience. 

​

His break out role was Danny Zuko from Grease in 8 th grade, and he went on to play George Wickham in Pride and Prejudice,  Feydka in Fiddler in the Roof, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Charlie Brown in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie, in 2025 Jonah performed as Orpheus in the After School MAtter's Musical Theater Experience at Gallery 37 in Chicago.

 

Jonah has also performed in the Berklee School of Music , Vocal Intensive Capstone Concert, and Goodman Theater’s Musical Theater Intensive Production 2024. 

 

Jonah has also performed in various concerts including a performance for the  generous donors at Marist High School, and the After School Matters Gala.

His main passion is singing and he spends most of his free time going over vocal techniques and singing around the house. He has been a vocal student of Anthony Whitson-Martini for almost 2 years, and a Vocal Coach for the past year. His favorite genres are Musical Theater and the 50’s Crooners.
